產(chǎn)品介紹

活力定義:在40℃和pH7.5條件下,非特異性蛋白酶活性的單位增加了酪蛋白中福林-陽(yáng)性氨基酸和肽的釋放速度。一單位(U)可釋放1μmol/min酪氨酸。

最適PH:7.0-8.0。

最適溫度:35-40 °C。

分子量:20000~60000。

性狀:白色或微褐色粉末。

來(lái)源:灰色鏈霉菌。

穩(wěn)定劑:鈣離子保護(hù)效應(yīng):
該制劑中含20%的醋酸鈣,用于其穩(wěn)定性。按照現(xiàn)行的質(zhì)量控制程序,它不含淀粉。含有0.01-0.1M鈣的稀釋溶液,在4到8℃的中性pH下,其活性在24小時(shí)內(nèi)是穩(wěn)定的。鏈霉素蛋白酶也可以通過(guò)低水平的鈣來(lái)防止熱失活。

工作溶液濃度:0.5 到 2 mg/ml

工作溶液:建議溶劑為蒸餾水。

儲(chǔ)存條件: -20℃
用途: 裂開(kāi)蛋白質(zhì)的肽鍵,有極強(qiáng)的蛋白水解作用,能水解纖維蛋白、黏蛋白。
